RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If your item is not quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Item must be in its original condition
• Original tags must still be attached
• Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene reasons, worn garments cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the item and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, we will do our best to accommodate exchanges subject to stock availability.
